  Personal service that leaves you with confidence.
  Craig went over an above to assist with the sale of my property while we were down south in lockdown and unable to be in Cairns and see things through. I was grated for his assistance in preparing the property for sale. As a result the property was prepared & presented beautiful and we got a fantastic price.

  Best Real Estate Experience Ever
  
  LJ Hooker at Yorkeys Knob in our experience are an exceptional team and the services they provide in keys areas of sales, rentals and project management are amazing. Susan Cooper the Principle is a true leader and this is reflected in every interaction you have with anyone in the office and actually everyone she recommends from the Builder to the Gardener. We haven't met such a great group of hardworking friendly people ever.
  
  We purchased through them and found the Sales Team to be of the highest quality on many levels, including professionalism, communication and making the process as seamless as possible. This was in direct comparison to the other property we bought at the same time through a different agent, where the process was much more cumbersome and difficult.
  
  The first Property is now rented through them and we have felt that both our tenants and us are well looked after as is our new investment.
  
  The second Property was then handed over to them and full renovation project managed by the team. We live interstate and this would have been absolutely impossible to do without Susan and Nikkola, and the rest of the office who at times were also involved. The attention to detail and hard work gave us a beautiful renovation and then to top it all it was rented within 24 hours and with a rent per week we never could have predicted.
  
  So thanks again everyone and we look forward to a successful and on going successful business relationship for us all.

  Craig is not only an excellent agent, he is a standout individual with a unique drive for property, knowledge, people, and negotiations.
  
  Craig made the total process of purchasing our new property an awesome experience. He was extremely patient with our anxieties regarding buying a new place helping with all the questions we had. This was always done with a friendly smile and no hassle approach.
